WDN Article " Northeast Elementary students receive 1,200 books" by Caroline Hudson
Making a difference for Every Child, Every Day is our new mission statement Northeast Elementary. No, this is not a new concept to what we do on a daily basis, but this is a reminder of who we serve and ultimately the goal that we are striving for. We all have the privilege of working with you and your family. We ultimately want to keep everyone safe, and find a way to meet their individual needs, everyday. It is a lofty goal, but one that I feel we can reach and I appreciate everyone’s help to do so. We couldn’t do it without our fabulous staff, parents, and community partners that make Northeast the best kept secret around! We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your child!
It is our mission to encourage all students to participate in a learning environment that is: challenging, safe, respectful, and promotes student responsibility and accountability. All students are valuable and bring with them a variety of experiences that add dimension and perspective to the Northeast Learning Community. It is our vision for all students to excel and be productive 21st Century citizens when students, parents, staff and the community partner together to provide quality educational experiences.
