BCS Robotics Summer Camp

CyberKids Robotics is a non-profit organization specializing in the creation and education of robotics competition teams in grades 4 through 12. They provide STEM education programs for schools in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

This year CyberKids Robotics is providing exciting summer robotics camps to our schools and students here in Beaufort County. Students will design, build, and program robots. A well as work as a team to solve problems during a 10-hour summer robotics camp. All summer camp teams will be presented with an interesting and engaging robotics challenges for them to solve using a robot they have constructed.

At the end of all the summer robotics camps and robotics education sessions during the school year, CyberKids Robotics will organize and manage a county wide robotics competition for all the schools in the Beaufort County School System. On April 8, 2017, all the Beaufort County robotics teams will meet at P.S. Jones Middle School to compete in the first ever RoboBeaufort Robotics Competition. The top 3 robotics teams from the RoboBeaufort Robotics Competition will advance to the North Carolina Robotics Championship at UNC-Charlotte at the end of April 2017 to compete against 50 of the top robotics teams from all across North Carolina.
