My name is Mrs. Jones and I am an interventionist here at Eastern Elementary School. I have been teaching for 27 years. Before I switched to interventionist, I taught Kindergarten and First grade. 

I have two daughters. My oldest is 24 and works in Durham. My youngest is 21 and is a Junior at UNC Greensboro.

I look forward to working with children again this year as a support and coach for classroom teachers as well as working with children who need more support and time as they learn to read.
