Cindy is a native of Washington, NC. She began her educational career in 1992 with the former Washington City Schools and transferred to the Human Resources Department in 1993 when Washington City and Beaufort County Schools merged together. 

Cindy serves on the Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the Superintendent, Mr. Mark Doane. Her duties include keeping the BCS social media accounts and website current, working with all media outlets, and updating our community ad space. In addition, Cindy is also the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Clerk to the Beaufort County Board of Education.
