Mrs. Hilliard is a passionate educator with 28 years of experience dedicated to empowering teachers, and fostering a culture of lifelong learning for students. Mrs. Hilliard has served as a multi-subject Instructional Coach for 8 years of her career and as a school administrator for 7 years in both the elementary and high school settings.
Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for creating engaging learning environments where every student is encouraged to reach their fullest potential.
Known for her compassionate leadership, unwavering integrity, and student-centered approach, Mrs. Hilliard has consistently embraced opportunities to mentor others, implement meaningful educational practices, and advocate for student success.
Mrs. Hilliard is a graduate of Peace College, East Carolina University, and Gardner Webb University. She is also a three time Nationally Board Certified Educator.
Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Hilliard treasures spending quality time with her husband and their 2 sons. Her commitment to family reflects the same compassion, encouragement, and dedication that she brings to her work as an educator.

Mrs. Vosburgh is an accomplished educational leader with 29 years of experience in education, including the past 17 years serving as a principal in both elementary and middle school communities. A transformational leader, she has a proven record of leading sustainable culture change and improving student achievement through a relationship centered leadership approach, high expectations, and strategic instructional practices.
Recognized for building trust among students, staff, families, and community stakeholders, Mrs. Vosburgh creates collaborative, high-performing school environments where educators are empowered and students thrive. Her expertise includes leading school improvement initiatives, developing leadership capacity, coaching teachers and administrators, implementing data-driven instructional systems, and fostering professional learning communities that produce measurable academic gains.
Known for cultivating positive school cultures, strengthening teacher effectiveness, and aligning people, systems, and resources to achieve organizational excellence, she is passionate about servant leadership, continuous improvement, and ensuring every student and educator has the support, opportunities, and relationships needed to reach their highest potential.
A native of Beaufort County, Mrs. Vosburgh is a proud graduate of Beaufort County Schools and is deeply committed to giving back to the community that shaped her educational journey. She and her husband, Richard Vosburgh, are the proud parents of two sons, and they remain dedicated supporters of public education and the Beaufort County community.
