VOIP Phone requests should be entered in Incident IQ. Before entering a request please try and reboot your phone by disconnecting & reconnecting the cat5e cable.

Fax, security, fire alarm and other Century Link lines please enter a request in Incident IQ

NOTE: Anytime a Century Link technician visits your site for any type of work on the fax, security or fire alarm a log must be completed by the school phone contact and technician. Once the form is completed please send this to Technology for billing purposes.
