Welcome to Kindergarten!

I am so excited about starting year 5 at Eastern.  My name is Michelle Peele, but you can call me, Ms. Michelle.

I am originally from Williamston, NC, where I graduated from Williamston High School. From there, I attended Shaw University and Pitt Community College. I furthered my educational experience in childcare for 5 years. While pursuing my career in childcare, I received a certificate in Early Childhood Education from Beaufort County Community College. I am currently attending BCCC for Social Work.  I believe children deserve to be heard and loved in order to reach their full potential.

For the past 8 years, Washington has been home to me.  Here, I share my life with my beautiful daughter, Leslie. I believe the classroom is a family environment, where we all learn together and from each other. I am looking forward to a wonderful year of learning and fun with your scholar.
