I am a graduate of Campbell University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. I began teaching at Northside High School in 2003. Prior to joining the faculty and staff of Northside High School, I worked for 8 years with the NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources in the Division of Water Quality, now known as the Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Water Resources. I love gardening and any other outdoor activities. I am the Northside High School Science Club advisor, coaching the Science Olympiad and Envirothon teams.
