My name is Ms. McAllister. I am a second year teacher in 4th grade. My experience with children has been with 4th grade, and I also work at a daycare with two year olds during the summer time. I was born on Long Island, New York and then I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. When it was time for college, I went to East Carolina University. I enjoyed Eastern North Carolina so much that I decided to stay here! I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. I student taught in 3^rd grade. I have loved my time as a teacher so far and I am looking forward to a new year!  In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my boyfriend at the river and the beach! I am so happy that I get to teach in the wonderful community of Washington!
