Say Something Reporting Tool

Beaufort County Schools launched the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System (SS-ARS) in 2020. The SS-ARS Program is provided and sustained at no cost to our district through Sandy Hook Promise (SHP), a national non-profit organization that works to improve school safety and culture.

This program teaches students, teachers, and administrators how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially on social media, of individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others and Say Something to a trusted adult or use its anonymous reporting system.

BCS students in grades 6-12, teachers, and administrators are trained each year about how to use the tool.
