2023 SUMMER BUS CLEANING REQUIREMENTS

Dates: June 26th-July7th
Times: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Unless different times are agreed upon)
Location: Bus Parking Lot behind Beaufort County School Bus Garage
Buses: 136 Total Buses (113 Yellow School Buses & 23 White Activity Buses) Select Buses will start routes again on July 10th 2023

1. Clean step well.

2. Wipe dash area with all-purpose cleaner.

3. Wash all windows inside of buses with glass cleaner and wipe dry.

4. Wipe the inside rail above windows with all-purpose cleaner or soapy water.

5. Wipe walls of buses under windows with all-purpose cleaner or soapy water.

6. Wipe inside of bus top with all-purpose cleaner or soapy water.

7. Wipe all seats with all-purpose cleaner and wipe dry. Make sure ALL MOLD is removed.

8. Remove trash and items from bus.

9. Mop all bus floors with clean soapy water.

NO WATER HOSES IN BUS FLOORS OR WATER AROUND DASH AREA!

Beaufort County Schools Bus Garage will furnish the following:

• Water

• Rags

• Bucket

• Brushes

• Glass Cleaner

• All-Purpose Cleaner
