Hi, my name is Marlene Coppola. I have been working for BCS since 2007. I started at Eastern Elementary as a Teacher Assistant for a year and then became their bookkeeper for the last 15 years.

I am now very thankful to be a part of this team here at Chocowinity Middle School and to have the opportunity to work around the students, parents, and all the wonderful staff as their Data Manager. I greet the parents and students as they come into CMS every day. My position here is to prepare and maintain the database of student enrollment, recording such data as students’ names, addresses, parents/guardians’ names, entering immunization records, assigning their class schedules, entering grades, emergency contacts, entering student suspensions, answering the phones, secretary of the front office, and anything else that the principal needs me to do to help the school run smoothly.
