Instructions for Charter Transportation Request
- Review Beaufort County Schools Charter Transportation Policy
- Select vendor(s) from the approved list
- Submit a "request for bid" with "trip itinerary" to the selected vendor(s)
- Fill out and submit a Field Trip request form
- Complete the individual trip agreement and/or charter agreements with the approved charter transportation company
- One day prior to the trip, implement Beaufort County Schools Pre-trip checklist
