I was born and raised in Maine. I graduated from the Universiity of Maine Farmington with my BS in special educaiton. I taught in Maine for 3 years before moving to NC. I have taught 3 years at PSJ in the adpative classroom and this is my second year at Washington High School. I am the advisor for Project Unify, an inclusiive club, that bring students with special needs and general educaiton students together. This year I am the EC department Chair as well. I am a NC CDI trainier and working towards being a facilotaor for the reading research to classroom practice course.
