Gayle began her educational career in Pitt County at South Central High School as a High School Data Manager for 18 years.  In 2021, she moved to Beaufort County Schools to serve as the SIS PowerSchool Coordinator.  In 2022, Beaufort County began ClassLink and Gayle was appointed the ClassLink Administrator to ensure a smooth transition to a system that includes applications for curriculum programs.  She continues to make sure all programs utilized by Beaufort County Schools are rostered or available through ClassLink for all Students, Teachers, and Administrators.  In 2024, Beaufort County started Phase 1 of Infinite Campus, the new Student Information System.  Gayle, along with a core team, was at the forefront of ensuring that Beaufort County was ready for this transition.  She continues to ensure that Beaufort County's student data information is correct and up to date.   Gayle continues to work alongside Curriculum, Technology, Student Services, EC, Federal Programs, and Schools on various programs, projects, trainings, and third party integrations.
