I am Lisa A. Spencer, Beaufort County Schools Curriculum Instructional Management Coordinator (CIMC) for Career & Technical Education. I am a Hyde County resident and have been in education for the past seventeen years. I started as a teacher assistant and continued to evolve into various positions within Hyde County School until hired at Beaufort County Schools to continue my duties as CIMC for the district. Previous to my CIMC position, I was a Business Teacher for both middle & high school and enjoyed each and every year of being in the classroom. Opportunities have been provided to me to grow professionally and personally throughout my seventeen years in education, where I found CTE to be my passion. I will continue to grow professionally and personally at BCS CIMC and I look forward to serving many years at BCS CIMC and enabling our CTE teachers and students to strive each and every day to become all they can be.
