Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt) Keith Waltz

SMSgt Waltz is the Aerospace Science Instructor, Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp (AFJROTC) NC-948, Northside High School, Pinetown, North Carolina

SMSgt Waltz is from Old Orchard Beach, ME and entered the Air Force in November 1990. His background includes diverse duties in Security Forces, First Sergeant and Recruiting career fields.  His assignments include bases in Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, North Dakota, Vermont, and Virginia. He deployed multiple times supporting multiple operations throughout Desert Storm, Afghanistan and Iraq Wars. SMSgt Waltz retired from his last assignment as Security Forces Operations Superintendent for the 87th Security Forces Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ in May of 2016.  SMSgt Waltz has been teaching AFJROTC since Aug 2016 in both public and private schools.
