My name is Jennie Moore, and I am the school counselor at Bath Elementary. I have been teaching for Beaufort County schools since 2022. My husband, son, and I moved to Beaufort County in 2022 and previously lived in Johnston County. While living in Johnston County, I taught in the local schools for 6 years. Before moving to NC, I lived in Northern NY, about 40 minutes from Canada. In NY, I taught children from Kindergarten to eighth grade. Five years of my teaching career were spent working with military children from the ages of 6 weeks to Pre-Kindergarten. While in NY, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education/English at Oswego State University and a Master's degree in Literacy from Albany State University. I am currently attending East Carolina University to obtain a Master's degree in counseling. 

My husband, son, and I live in Belhaven. On weekends, my stepson and stepdaughter join us, and we enjoy doing many family activities together. As a family, we enjoy going boating, fishing, and exploring historical sites. I am looking forward to working at Bath Elementary School and supporting all the families.
