Welcome to 6th grade!  I am looking forward to working with you and your family this year!

I was born and raised in Washington, NC and graduated from Washington High School.  I attended East Carolina University as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Child Development.  I completed my student teaching internship at Bath Elementary during the 2002-2003 school year.  I completed my Master's in Elementary Education in 2009.  This is my 22nd year of teaching 6th grade at Bath Elementary.
