Welcome to music at Bath Elementary School!  My name is Olivia Burns and I have taught in Beaufort County for 19 years.  I taught kindergarten and first grade for a combined 16 years before changing to music.  Music has always been an important part of my life. I started with violin lessons at age four, and continued my love of music into adulthood by teaching myself to play instruments, and playing and singing in church.  I graduated from Meredith College with a degree in Psychology and then ECU with a Master's in Teaching.  I absolutely love what I do, and I hope that I can instill a love of music into each of my students.
