• Mr. George

My name is Casey George.  Students can feel free to call me Mr. George or Coach George.

I have 2 incredible children. My son Tyson is a rising junior at Northside High School, and my daughter Caraline is a rising 8th grader here at Bath.  I'm also married to everyone's favorite art teacher, Mrs. George.

When it's not school hours, you'll most likely find me coaching something.  I am the Bath Football and Boys Basketball coach. I also am an assistant with Northside Football.

I have a Bachelor's Degree and Master's degree both from ECU. In 2021 I applied at Bath and was hired as the school's Behavior Specialist. In the role of Behavioral Specialist I got to meet and develop relationships with many of our students.  When the job of 7th/8th grade social studies teacher came available, I jumped at the opportunity as a history lover.  I am pursuing licensure as a Middle School History teacher, and additionally have successfully passed Praxis/Pearson tests in the areas of Middle School Social Studies, Math, ELA, and Special Education.

I am excited to teach 8th grade history in the fall and 7th grade in the spring.

For use in all classes: (8th grade, 7th will have different ELA/Math lists for Mrs. Lilley and Mrs. Hagen)
