Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Jennifer Sneed

My name is Jennifer Sneed and I am so excited to be the CTE Paxton/Patterson Stem Lab teacher (Information on Paxton Patterson) at Northeast Elementary. My educational background includes a Sociology/Criminology degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey. A Kindergarten-6th grade teaching certificate from Georgian Court University. A CTE Family and Consumer Science license. I am currently enrolled as a graduate student at ECU for my master's in Criminal Justice. I have been teaching for 22 years, with 21 of those years in Beaufort County. I also hold a Generalist/Early Childhood National Board Certification.

I currently live in Washington with my husband, my youngest daughter, and our 4 dogs. My youngest, Madison, recently graduated from Southside High School. My oldest, Kayla, is married to my now son-in-law, Jonathan. When my husband and I have free time, we are on the boat fishing and enjoying the weather. My husband also currently runs a local cornhole establishment, where he has trained and mentored many Pro players.

I am very excited to be part of a wonderful new career exploration program that our 6th-8th grade students will get to partake in!

Please check out the pictures below to see all the wonderful things the students are doing in our career exploration class.
