Cross Country

    THE ATHLETIC FORMS AND A CURRENT PHYSICAL MUST BE ON FILE AT PSJ BY 8 am FRIDAY,  AUGUST 27 IN ORDER FOR STUDENTS TO TRYOUT.  PLEASE USE FINAL FORMS TO REGISTER FOR ALL SPORTS.

    Conditioning will be August 24, 25, and 26 from 3:00 to 4:00.Student pick up in front of the school at 4.

    Tryouts will be Monday, August 30 until 4 and Tuesday, August 31 until 415.

    To qualify:

    In order to be considered for the team, boys must finish the 2 mile course in 20 minutes or less. Girls must finish the course in 22 minutes or less.  The total number of boys and girls accepted will be determined based on the number of each trying out. 

     What is Cross Country? 

    Cross Country is not simply about the race. Cross Country is all about what YOU do to prepare for the race. Cross Country is a team sport that requires incredible individual efforts. Cross Country is a tightly-knit family of runners who are bound by sweat, tears and cheers.
