My name is Samantha Waters, and I am proud to be teaching at PSJ Middle School for many years.  I was born and raised in Beaufort County, and received my Degree in Education from East Carolina University.  I am certified to teach Special Education and Middle Grades Math.   I started my career in Special Education for a number of years and then transitioned to 8th grade Math.  I have a true passion for working with students to push them to their true potential inside and outside the classroom!!   

Personally, I have been married for 22 years and have 2 amazing children who are 18 and 9.  My husband and I are active in the community and love to watch/coach/help in our kids' sports.  I also enjoy relaxing at the beach, fishing, playing pool, and spending time with friends and family.
