My name is Ms. Butler, and I am a second-grade teacher at Chocowinity Primary School. I grew up in Williamston, North Carolina and graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I am passionate about creating a positive learning environment for all kinds of learners!

Teaching is not just a job; it's a calling. I believe that every child has unique strengths and abilities, and I strive to help each of my students discover and develop their talents. In my classroom, we focus on exploration, creativity, and building a strong community.
