Families and students, congratulations on the completion of the 2024-2025 school year! It has been a joy to watch you grow, face challenges, and mature into the amazing scholars you are meant to be. Enjoy your summer break, but please don't forget to exercise your mind! Take the time to read good books, practice sight words, and work on math facts. All these activities will keep you sharp and help prepare you for next school year.

Please be sure to take advantage of our Summer Read and Feed Program which will be open quite a bit over the summer. Also, the Tales for Tails reading program with the Beaufort County Animal Shelter is a fun and engaging way to read throughout the summer months. Information on both of these can be found on our CPS social media sites. 

I look forward to welcoming my scholars back in August and will be sure to keep up with the ones who have moved up to CMS! Remember friends, you are the reason CPS is the place to be! Have a wonderful summer break!
