Welcome to Chocowinity Primary School. My name is Penny Miller. I have been teaching at CPS for many years. I love working  at CPS. It is a great place to be.

I attended Milligan College and East Carolina University. I graduated from ECU with a BS in K-6 Elementary Education and K-12 Reading Certification. 

I am always looking for ways to grow and advance my teaching skills.

I live in Washington with my husband, two dogs and one spoiled cat. Our three children are grown but still manage to keep us quite busy. We also have 2 of the most precious grandchildren in the world. I like to read, crochet, shop and spend time with family.
