I grew up in Blounts Creek, North Carolina, and attended CPS, CMS, and SHS—so this community has always been home to me! I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University, where I had the incredible opportunity to intern and complete my student teaching at Bath Elementary. In 2024, I was granted early release from my internship to join CPS, and after teaching fourth grade as a maternity leave substitute, I knew this was exactly where I wanted to be!

I’m so excited to be part of the third-grade team and to teach your amazing scholars. This year, we will accomplish so much together!
